Policies

WELCOME!!!

Thank you for staying with us at Crows Nest RV Resort. We are committed to providing our tenants with pleasant surroundings within a well-governed, peaceful, and attractive RV Park year round. Our guidelines have been created to provide our tenants with a written statement of our standards and procedures. Please read carefully, they are legally binding, and violation may result in termination of your stay. 


MANAGER APPROVAL

All prospective tenants must complete a rental application. Management has the right to reject a prospective tenant for any reason permitted by law. If a prospective tenant provides false or misleading statements in the rental application, the management will not approve the tenant. This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of money or valuables. You agree to comply with all the rules posted here and on the grounds. You also agree to instruct all those staying with you to comply with all the policies while in the RV park.


RV PARK POLICIES

RV's older than 15 years must be pre-approved. Max of 6 people per site. Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. Each site is limited to 1 vehicle. Any other vehicles will have to be parked in the overflow parking. Parking is not allowed on streets, vacant sites, lawns or patios. Do NOT park or drive on the grass. Each tenant is responsible for keeping the site clean and safe. Grilling is permitted, not under awnings or on wood surfaces. All vehicles operated within RV park must obey the posted 5 mph speed limit.


RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations may be made by phone or online. At the time of booking, size, year and electrical amps will be requested. Reservations require a deposit of 1/2 at the time of reservation. Two weeks before your arrival the other 1/2 will be charged to your card. Cancellations shall be made 14 days prior to date of arrival for a full refund to be issued. Cancellations made within that 14 days will forfeit a charge for 1 night stay. Refunds are not given in case of evictions or early departure.


RV AND SITE MAINTENANCE

All water and sewer hookups must be tight and without leaks. No stakes of any kind are allowed due to possible underground utility damage. No outside clotheslines permitted. Do not drive or park on the grass. Keep rugs/mats restricted to the gravel/concrete area of your site.

QUIET HOURS-CONDUCT

Quiet hours are from 11PM-8AM. TV and music should be kept at a subdued level at all times. Consideration for other patrons is expected. No hookups between 11PM-7AM. Excessively loud talking, abusive language, shouting, radio, television, stereos, and other disturbing noises are not permitted within the RV park. Interference with the quiet enjoyment of other quests is just cause for termination of guideline. The use of fireworks, firearms, bows, slingshots, BB guns or any other equipment or toys that in managements judgement could reasonably cause bodily injury to others or damage to property, is strictly prohibited.


PETS

Tenants may have 2 domesticated pets per site. ABSOULTELY NO PIT BULLS, per city ordinance. Pets are to be on a leash (6 ft max length) at all times. Tenants are solely responsible for the behavior of their pet. Pets are not to be left tied up or left unattended at any time. No fences or kennels are allowed. Noisy, unruly, or dangerous pets will not be allowed to remain in the RV park. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be permitted for the safety of our other guests. Tenants are required to pick up after your pet. There are pet waste stations supplied for you. Tenants will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Please be curtious to other guests and their pets while in the dog park. Pets are not allowed in the resort buildings including the pool enclosure. 


SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of tenants and their guests staying at the RV park. The swimming pool rules and regulations are posted at the pool. You must follow these rules, failure to do so may result in suspended pool privileges. There is a floating rope between the shallow end and the deep end. DO NOT SIT, STAND, OR FLOAT on the rope. It will break and you will be charged for replacing it. Please advise all in your party of this. Swim at your own risk, there is NO LIFEGUARD. This is a family friendly resort - dress appropiately.


MONTHLY STAYS

Once you arrive your stay begins. We do not refund for early departure or eviction. Your meter will be read at the begining of your stay and again at the end of your month. You will be responsible at that time to pay for your electricity.


WINTER STAYOVERS

If you are here in the winter months and the temp/wind chill gets to 28 degrees or below, you will be asked to unplug your water hose. Even if it's heated. Fill your reservoir tanks first and then as needed during the day. If you do not unplug and there is damage to the pipes of the RV park, you will be responsible for the cost incurred to repair those pipes. Underpinning will be allowed from Nov 1 - Feb 28.
